Q1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Minimum delivery estimates to major city addresses are as follows,
to USA - min. 12-14 working days
to Europe - min 12-15 working days
to UK, Germany, France - min 10 working days
to Asia - min. 12 working days
to South America - min. 20 working days
to Australia & New Zealand - min. 12 working days
Addresses outside major cities will take longer.

May take up to 30 working days. Delivery will be by your national Postal service.

Q2. What method of shipping is used? Is there a tracking number?

We ship worldwide via DHL global mail. Final delivery will be made by your national post office. Tracking info is available as much as honoured by your national post office. DHL will email you shipping & tracking details to the email tied to your paypal account.

Q7. There is something wrong with the order I've received; please help.

You must retain the shipping packaging including the shipping label. Should there be any mistake in the order you've received please contact us at paypal at hyperglide dot net using your paypal email account and have your subject include the transaction ID & picture of the shipping lable and items you have received..

Kindly whitelist our email address so that you can receive our reply.

Q8. I've made a mistake when ordering, what should I do?

All sales are final. By default no changes nor cancellations will be entertained.

On a case by case basis, we may allow or be able to makes changes or cancellations. Admin fees & charges will apply.

For example, DHL Express charges $20 for address amendments. Payment processing fees will not be refunded.

Q 9. My FK1, FK1+, FK2 is not tracking properly after installing Hyperglides

The solution is to raise the Lift Off Distance(LOD) of the mouse to "Medium" LOD. We have tested this to work with the many gaming grade mousepads.

"Medium" LOD setting. While holding Mouse Button 4 & Mouse Button 1 together, plug mouse into USB until you hear the 2-tone sound from windows.

If you desire even higher LOD, use the following method,
"High" LOD setting. While holding Mouse Button 4 & Mouse Button 1 & Mouse Button 2 together, plug mouse into USB until you hear the 2-tone sound from windows .

"Low" LOD setting. While holding Mouse Button 4 & Mouse Button 2 together, plug mouse into USB until you hear the 2-tone sound from windows.

The reason is, some batches of FK1, FK1+, FK2 are set to "Low" LOD instead of "Medium" LOD and the "Low" setting for these mice are lower than industry average. Very light colour mousepads and some Artisan mousepads also are known to reduce tracking. Hyperglides are thicker than the stock feet by 0.2mm and thus raises the sensor away from the mousepad. The benefit of thicker feet is more durability and in the case of Hyperglides, more rounded edges and elimination of bottom scraping.

This LOD sensor issue does not affect the other Zowie mice as they have a higher default LOD.

Q 10. Logitech G Pro & other G series mice tracking

Whenever surface tuning has been changed from the default factory setting, it can affect sensor tracking when you use a different mousepad or install new feet. So reset your surface tuning to factory default or perform a surface tuning with your new setup.
